Description : Join our sacred circle of sisterhood as we explore, uncover, heal and re-awaken our true selves through mediation, expressive arts, movement, Reiki, ritual, hypnotherapy, brainspotting, guided imagery and more. This is a space of connection, discovery and learning how to tend to your magical garden. Each month will have a different focus, which can range from connecting to your heart, chakra work, getting grounded to celebrating the change of the seasons.

A multi-sensory experience and transformative journey into the main 7 chakras of your energy body. Discover what chakras are and how they can assist you in your life and along your awakening process. Build a beautiful group chakra altar. Learn the basic themes, elements and associations for each chakra. Delight the senses as we journey through the main sense organs for each chakra. Participate in a group Reiki energy healing and meditative journey in to all of the 7 main chakras. Make a bracelet symbolizing the 7 chakras that will be blessed with Reiki energy to continue working with your chakra energy after the class. Learn activities and exercises to explore and balance your chakras.

Enliven your senses and build a group altar, participate in an anointing ritual and mantra chanting. Deepen your understanding of each of the chakras and learn more about its themes, associations and ways to balance. Learn about the connection with the element for the chakra and ways to use that element in your chakra healing. Participate in group Reiki Energy Healing, a meditative journey, and journaling inquiry. Learn the iconography and paint a healing mandala stone to use in your healing. Prepare a candle or expressive arts or altar item to continue working with the chakra.
